The agenda of lifelong learning was highlighted as a priority at the 3rd Asia-Europe Meeting of Ministers for Education in Copenhagen (May 2011).
On the occasion of the Danish EU presidency in 2012, as well as in celebration of the 40 year anniversary of the visionary UNESCO report Learning to be, the ASEM Education and Research Hub for Lifelong Learning (ASEM LLL Hub) organised the Conference “Learning Unlimited” participated in by experts and researchers on LLL as well as representatives from ASEM governments, universities and other higher education institutions.
