OVERVIEW
This two-day conference was attended by representatives of universities and research centres. Participants discussed migration as a consequence of population growth, poverty, and socio-political causes, including forced migration induced by the economic crisis, global warming, and climate change. Proceedings of the conference were published in “Global Warming And Climate Change” in co-operation with Palgrave MacMillan.
At the sidelines of the conference, the network convened its Annual Partner’s Coordination Meeting to review the activities for the year and develop a strategy for its future direction.
