ASEF Unplugged: Conversations on the Arts in Asia and Europe – Virtual Series Edition
For the past few months, COVID-19 has swept the world and altered our day-to-day lives. The cultural and arts sectors have suffered devastating blows with events, shows and face-to-face interactions being the lifeblood of the industry. In these uncertain times, it is indeed solidarity that keeps us connected and united in seeing each other through this crisis and co-creating a ‘better’ normal in the post-Covid19 world.
With this in mind, ASEF Mobility First! and the Prince Claus Fund for Culture and Development (PCF) will jointly host 2 online Unplugged conversations with the alumni of the 2019 ASEF-Prince Claus Mobility Call for Women and Minority Groups. The convesations will focus on issues that the sector and individual artists face, particularly challenges related to Covid-19. The sessions will also provide an opportunity for alumni to interact, share their works and potentially create an informal network for knowledge sharing and future collaborations.
The conversations will be closed-door, but excerpts will be published on ASEF social media channels.
