The United Nations Office for Sustainable Development (UNOSD) hosted the fourth annual Sustainable Development Transition Forum (SDTF) on 31 October to 2 November 2017 in Incheon, Korea.
The objective of the Forum was to achieve a better understanding of the successes and lessons in mainstreaming and implementing the 2030 Agenda at the national level within the specific context of ensuring that no one is left behind in the eradication of poverty and promotion of prosperity.
The SDTF serves as a global platform for sharing knowledge in the formulation and implementation of sustainability programmes, reviewing evidence of impact and charting new and improved pathways for implementation.
The Asia-Europe Environment Forum (ENVforum) has been an active contributor to this forum since the SDTF’s inception in 2014, organising workshops and sessions part of the programme.
