In preparation of the upcoming 10th Informal ASEM Seminar on Human Rights, to be held on 7-9 July 2010 in Manila, the Philippines, two identified main rapporteurs will be meeting in Singapore together with the partners of the seminar series to discuss the structure and outline of the background report for the seminar itself.
The ASEM Informal Human Rights Series is co-organised by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute with ASEF acting as Secretariat since 2000.
The 10th Seminar in this series will be hosted by the government of the Philippines with the Ateneo Human Rights Center, Ateneo de Manila Law School of the Ateneo University, Manila as host institute.
