OVERVIEW
This first meeting of the Asia-Europe Democratisation And Justice series involved experts from non-government organisations, think tanks, the academe, and regional institutions, as well as former policy makers. Participants explored how best to promote a co-operative network and agreed on a framework for the Asia-Europe Democratisation And Justice Series. They also suggested new ideas for activities under the series and developed two detailed workshop concepts for 2008.
