WHAT IS #ASEFYLS NAVIGATORS TRAINING
The ASEFYLS Navigators Trainings connected a select group of 20 high-calibre, young Asians and Europeans who were trained on the topic of Ethical Leadership in 4 stages:
- 2 separate trainings in Asia and Europe
- Leading up to a large-scale youth conference: the 3rd ASEF Young Leaders Summit (ASEFYLS3) in Belgium
- Followed by spin-off activities across Asia and Europe
The Trainings were designed to instil a spirit of curiosity, bravery and will-power among young people to develop Ethical Literacy & Ethical Leadership Skills. It incorporated 3 crucial spheres:
You: Self-leadership
We: Team leadership
All: Societal leadership
These 3 levels were at the core of the conversations, action-planning, learning experiences and networking, in line with the 10 angles of ASEFYLS3.
#ASEFYLS3 ECO-SYSTEM & IMPACT
The 2 ASEFYLS Navigators Trainings in India and Poland prepared the participants to take an active and central role during the main youth summit – ASEFYLS3, and in the post-summit phase. The participants underwent a rigorous preparation phase that focused on self-reflection, team work challenges and in-depth thematic discussions as well as action-focused facilitation and project management workshops.
