The 10th Informal ASEM Seminar on Human Rights, held on 7-9 July 2010 in Manila, the Philippines, addressed the topic of “Human Rights and Gender Equality“. This Seminar, the 10th in the series, was hosted by the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines with the Ateneo Human Rights Center, Ateneo de Manila Law School of the Ateneo University, Manila as host institute.
The ASEM Informal Human Rights Series is co-organised by the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute with ASEF acting as Secretariat since 2000.
