The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and Cambodian Living Arts (CLA) have come together for a modest yet concrete joint action in response to challenges faced by artists and cultural professionals living and working in precarious situations: a special open call for artists in conflict. Artists, cultural professionals, and arts organisations organising cultural events that are being affected by present-day conflict are eligible to apply.
For the first cycle, we have selected one arts organisation and one artist. The selected applicants will be contacted today, 22 Feb 2019, as well as the unssuccessful applicants.
