Overview
The Asia-Europe Foundation’s Education Department (ASEFEdu) is looking for a service provider (organisation or individual) to develop several animated videos & videographic materials for an e-learning course on the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM).
The ASEM E-Learning Course or ASEM MOOC will be an introductory course on the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) developed and hosted by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) in collaboration with ASEM Partners & Academic institutions.
Work Scope
The work of the service provider will include pre-production, production and post-production of part or all of the following deliverables:
- Up to 20 animated explainer videos (~2-7 mins each)
- 1 short opening sequence at the beginning of each Module (~10 secs)
- 2-3 short promotional trailers for social media (~20-30 secs each)
- Video compilation & editing for 6 Modules (up to 40-50 mins of video per Module), including footage produced by another videographer
- Music Background and Sound Editing
Note: the service provider may submit a tender for specific deliverables only.
Timeline
The service provider will work according to the following tentative timeline:
- Tender period: 21 October 2022 – 31 October 2022
- Selection of tender: 4 November 2022
- Start date: 7 November 2022
- Delivery of work: staggered up until 4 December
- Delivery of revised work: 8 December (if required)
Application
ASEF welcomes tenders from any service provider with proven experience in video production/editing, based in one of the 51 ASEM Partner Countries. To indicate interest, the service provider shall prepare the following:
- Brief background of the service provider
- Detailed quotation listing all items and mentioning all applicable fees & payment term
Note: the service provider may submit a tender for specific deliverables, in which case it should be
explicitly mentioned in the tender. - Samples of similar previous work (portfolio or links to previous work)
