The ASEF 15th Anniversary Panel Discussion presented insights from ASEF’s on-going perceptions research on the current state of Asia–Europe relations. During the panel debate, Guest-of-Honour Professor Tommy Koh, the panellists and the ASEF Governors shared their perspectives and experiences on the topic. This event was organised on the occasion of the 28th ASEF Board of Governors’ Meeting in Singapore (16 May 2012).
