International Meeting Between Autonomous Cultural Centres : Stemming from Citizen and Artistic Initiatives

This publication is the outcome of the International Meeting between Autonomous Cultural Centers, Stemming from Citizen and Artistic Initiatives, held from 25^th to 27^th September 2004 in Shanghai, China. The aim of the meeting was to create a sustainable network of cultural organisations from Asia and Europe. The book includes a brief summary of the context and background of the meeting, introductions of the initiators of this programme, an executive summary of the workshops held during the programme and information on the participating autonomous cultural.
