OVERVIEW
The ASEF awarded Cultural Grants to five young filmmakers to support their participation in the 8th Thai Short Film And Video Festival. The filmmakers were:
– Christophe Stenner, Germany
– Zaida Bergroth, Finland
– Iao Lethem, Belgium
– Jenn Jonsson, Sweden
– Anthonin Peretjatko, France
The filmmakers presented their short films to the public and gained understanding on the Thai film industry through a film school visit. They also participated in a public forum on sources of inspiration for films, which was moderated by Thai filmmaker Pimpaka Towira.
