The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), in collaboration with the World Aquatics Championships 2025 Organising Committee (WAC2025OC), is excited to host an Olympic Legends Sharing Session on 30 July 2025 at ASEF in Singapore.
The session, taking place in conjunction with the World Aquatics Championships – Singapore 2025, will be a unique opportunity for students aged 8 – 18 from international schools across Singapore to meet former aquatic Olympians, hear their personal stories and gain inspiration from their journeys and achievements.

ASEF is an intergovernmental not-for-profit organisation based in Singapore, which brings together the peoples of Asia and Europe to promote mutual understanding and dialogue between them. It was established in 1997 at the first Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Foreign Ministers Meeting and is the only permanent institution of ASEM. Just as the World Aquatics Championships (WAC) unites nations through sport, ASEF works to build connections between people in Asia and Europe, fostering a sense of community and better understanding. The goals and values of ASEF thus align closely with those of the WAC, which emphasises the importance of cross-cultural exchange, youth engagement and the celebration of diversity.
