Since 2016, IVAA has focused on the expansion of the subject of art, by cataloguing citizen art practices in dealing with city urbanism and even land conflict in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Through Mobility First!, ASEF is supporting the mobility of 4 artists and cultural professionals to attend Redefinition from the Bottom: Archiving and Decolonising, which will take place from 5 to 29 May 2019 in Yangon, Myanmar & Manila, Philippines.
